I am also having the same problem as well ...: (  I am using Google Chrome and Windows 8. Error msg keep popping up. Also I cant access my profile as well.

STEREO A is out of solar conjunction and returning to partial operation!  Full operation will resume in November, right now the angle between the sun and Earth is too small for the spacecraft to safely point the main antenna directly at Earth so data upload is limited. 

STEREO B has still not communicated since October 1st, 2014, after experiencing an anomaly during the preparation for solar conjunction.  There is still hope for recovering STEREO B, SOHO was recovered after being lost for almost 5 months, and that was without the sun being in the way!

Hi Muhammad,
Yes, this is a great example of an optical effect. It happens when a bright planet, in this case Venus, comes into the camera's field of view causing optical flares and the vertical saturation spikes you can see here.There is a list of odd things you might come across and how to classify them in this thread.
